So' lapin : the Ivorian rabbit meat specialist
Founded in 2022, SO' LAPIN is an Ivorian company specializing in the breeding, slaughtering, packaging and distribution of rabbits.
 
SO' LAPIN owns a farm located in the town of Azaguié, a few kilometers from Abidjan, where rabbits are raised with the utmost respect for animal welfare and the environment.

SO' LAPIN has chosen natural breeding without chemicals or GMOs, in order to offer high-quality rabbit meat.
 

SO' LAPIN guarantees consumers : 
  • Safety : SO' LAPIN rabbits are raised by qualified personnel on a modern farm. 
  • A quality rabbit : SO' LAPIN rabbits are fed a 100% vegetable diet, mineral, vitamin and chemical-free.
  • Hygiene : SO' LAPIN rabbits are slaughtered in a modern slaughterhouse that complies with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Traceability :  SO' LAPIN rabbit meat is traceable from the hutch to the plate 
  • A HALAL rabbit : SO' LAPIN rabbits are slaughtered according to Muslim rites.

Natural wood-smoked rabbit weighing around 1.5 kg, sold in butcher's shops.

Fresh or wood-smoked rabbit weighing between 1.5 and 2 kg, vacuum-packed and sold in the fresh section of supermarkets.

braised rabbit
• 1 whole rabbit
• 1 small onion 
• 5 garlic cloves  
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard  
• 1 seasoning cube 
• 1 small lemon (juice)  
• 1 tablespoon ground or fresh ginger
• 1 teaspoon ground pepper

Pistachio sauce with rabbit
• 1 whole rabbit
• 1 bowl pistachio paste  
• 3 fresh tomatoes  
• 2 tablespoons tomato concentrate
• 5 or 6 fresh chillies  
• 1 onion
• 2 seasoning cubes
• 2 tablespoons oil
• Salt
Mustard rabbit
• 1 whole rabbit
• 7 shallots 
• 1 glass of water
• 5 teaspoons of fine, strong mustard 
• 1 handful of aromatic herbs
• 1 seasoning cube 
• 1 pepper
• 250 g heavy cream
• 1 glass of white wine 
• 5  cloves of garlic
• 1 drizzle of olive oil
